Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship in the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as 2–8 business days

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@shopthebooktique.com

Returns

How do I return an item?

As we specialize in made to order items, therefore, we only offer exchanges. If you need to swap your item due to incorrect sizing or damage upon arrival, please contact us at info@shopthebooktique.com. Do this within 14 days of receiving your item, and remember to include your order number.

How long does it take to process my Exchange?

Upon receiving your returned package, we prioritize sending out your exchange. However, new orders may take precedence, potentially causing a minor delay in dispatching your new item.

I recieved a wrong/damaged product

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at info@shopthebooktique.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you wish to inform us of.

How will I know when it ships?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with the relevant tracking information.

How are products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on
where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently

What are the measurements for sizing?

I haven't gotten my package

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
